Who is this for?
The QNUK Level 3 Award for Mental Health First Aiders (RQF) is the ideal qualification for those undertaking the role of a Mental Health First Aider in the Workplace.
Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations, employers need to consider provision of first aid for employees who are injured at work. This provision includes consideration of employees mental well being also.
Where there is an identified need, this qualification is perfectly designed to meet that need.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 16 years. Learners should be at least a level 1 numeracy and literacy or equivalent
